What is turron?
Turrón (Nougat) is a traditional Spanish dessert, a combination of honey and almonds with a history of over a thousand years, beginning with the Moors in southern Spain. Today, it is one of the favorite sweets all over Spain, being a traditional gift at Christmas celebrations.
